The Barefoot Retreats Burnham Market International Horse Trials is based in North West Norfolk and is one of the county’s finest events. Taking place from the 16th to the 18th April 2021, the event will be the first international eventing competition of the year and will bring many top riders and horses together to compete.

There will be a limited number of tickets for spectators available to purchase online in advance only. Strictly no admission on the gate. For more information, please see the Visitor Information page.

Burnham Market is 20 miles north east of King’s Lynn and 10 miles north west of Fakenham. Sussex Farm is 1 and 3/4 miles west of Burnham Market. Horseboxes must not approach through Burnham Market. There will be AA signs from Fakenham and Kings Lynn. All traffic must approach the event via Docking.  Please do not put the postcode in your sat nav as it will take you the wrong way, you must follow the AA signs.

Riders – You MUST submit your EHV declaration and Track & Trace forms before you arrive via

Owners – Registered owners of horse(s) competing will not be restricted to one per horse and will be able to gain entry to the horse trials using the QR code provided with their British Eventing membership. Spectators – Limited spectator tickets are available to purchase online in advance by clicking here. There will be NO tickets available to purchase on the gate. Spectators must submit a Track & Trace form before they arrive and must adhere to all COVID-19 regulations in place at the time of the event. All-Terrain Vehicles/Motorcycles – Will NOT be permitted.

Dogs – must be kept on leads at all times. Please clear up any mess your dog makes immediately.

Litter – No skipping out of lorries or trailers – please take all litter home. Penalty for non-compliance.
