We are pleased to announce that we are now accepting exhibitor applications for our 2017 events:

• Whitfield Horse Trials: 25th & 26th April 2017
• Houghton International featuring the FEI Nations Cup:  25th – 28th May 2017
• Cholmondeley Castle Horse Trials: 29th & 30th July 2017

Why should you exhibit at one of our events?

The sport of eventing enjoys one of the largest audiences of any sport, with a massive 2.5 million people taking an active interest.  All our events offer a fantastic fun day out for all he family and consequently attract a wide and varied audience, with approximately 12,000 people attending the Houghton International.  We pride ourselves on creating a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, where spectators and guests can get close to many of the sport’s big names.  The events therefore provide the perfect opportunity to meet and entertain new and old customers, a fantastic platform to promote and advertise your business at a very cost effective rate.

What we can do for you?

We are more than happy to work in conjunction with you, endorsing any promotions or competitions which you may be running.  Our social media platforms are the perfect outlet for this sort of information.  Once again we will be offering exhibitors the Web Listing Package, which includes your logo and link on our website, 4 social media mentions on both Twitter and Facebook, plus a family ticket to the event for you to run your own competition.

Perhaps you would like to work closer with one of our events and become a sponsor.  We offer a variety of packages which are bespoke to your requirements.  Branding opportunities can include cross country fences, arena advertising, hospitality and reduced exhibitor costs.  Please email:  for further information on opportunities for the 2017 season.

Our exhibitors are positioned in order to ensure that they all receive the best possible footfall.  This year the Houghton International Horse Trials exhibitors will encase all three of the competition arenas.  At Burnham Market and the Pony Club Championships they are at the heart of the event within our epicentre.
