The British Eventing Support Trust joins forces with Houghton Hall International
We are delighted to announce British Eventing Support Trust as Musketeer Event management’s 2022 Official Charity.
The British Eventing Support Trust aims to provide invaluable support for injured event riders. They also want to improve the safety and wellbeing of the people at the heart of our sport. The trust will try to help riders through difficult times, whether that be recovering from an eventing accident or coping with mental health challenges.
Jane Rudd from the British Eventing Support Trust commented, ‘We are really looking forward to working with Musketeer Event Management and delighted that we were chosen as your charity for 2022’
Musketeer Event Management aims to work with the British Eventing Support Trust to raise money across all MEM Events in 2022, this includes the three Internationals Burnham Market, Houghton Hall and Barbury Castle. As well as raise funds, MEM also wants to boost awareness of the new charity and its important objectives.
Event Director Alec Lochore added: “I couldn’t be more delighted to work alongside such a valuable charity. Throughout the year we will together be looking at innovative ways to not only raise funds for, and awareness of, the charity, but provide spectacular entertainment for visitors to the Horse Trials.
