Preparations ramp up at Burnham Market

With less than 50 days to go before riders descend on Sussex Farm for the Bacon.co.uk Burnham Market International Horse Trials supported by EQ Life, work is continuing both on the course and the ground to ensure the best possible experience for those heading to Norfolk on the Easter weekend.

“We have spent considerable time de-compacting the ground and muck spreading to establish a good grass coverage,” explained Event Organiser Alec Lochore. “We have been busy with the digger, carving out a big ditch on the far loop of the Advanced track which will soon become a significant question for riders, and also created another water complex.”

Entries open on 26th February, and with good tradestands, children’s entertainment and the opportunity to sign up for superb, pre-booked, corporate hospitality with catering by the highly regarded Hatter Events, there is something for everyone to enjoy.

The Bacon.co.uk Burnham Market International takes place on Maundy Thursday, Good Friday and Easter Saturday, 2nd – 4th April, offering world class competition and a fantastic day out for all the family.
