The Barefoot Retreats Burnham Market International Horse Trials is based in North West Norfolk and is one of the county’s finest events where visitors can see Olympic and Championship athletes competing on home turf.

 
 
 
ATTRACTIONS

The Barefoot Retreats Burnham Market International offers a fantastic day out for all the family. Alongside the top class competition, there will be over 40 shops and for the children, bungee trampolinesm and a range of bouncy castles. As well as Razz and Pearl who will be performing circus workshops, on Saturday 13th April and Sunday 14th April.  This really is a great family day out!

Attending the event in 2019 are: 

The Lowestoft Dog Display Team – The longest established Dog Display Team in the UK will be attending with their amazing team of highly skilled dogs. The team will carry out two displays on both Saturday and Sunday with the handlers available to answer any questions you might have about the dogs or taking up agility yourself!

Fens Falconry – Fen Falconry will be attending with a variety of birds, for you to view, photography and

learn about.  The birds will be on display throughout the day with flying displays (conditions dependent).

Cash Machines: Not available onsite, the nearest ATM is located within the Spar shop in Docking village.

Disabled Visitors: Parking ~ we have a disabled car park, which is situated close to the retail area. Please follow the directions given by the parking attendants and ensure that your blue badge is clearly displayed. Toilets: disabled toilets are located near to the Secretary’s marquee.

Dogs: We welcome well behaved dogs to the event, but they must be kept on a short lead at all times, and we ask that owners are respectful and clear up after their dogs. Please do not leave dogs unattended in locked vehicles. If an unattended dog is found, the RSPCA will be informed and the appropriate action will be taken. Please note that dogs are not allowed in the VIP hospitality marquee.

Exhibitors:  Barefoot Retreats Burnham Market International Horse Trials has over 30 exhibitors attending the event, so there’s plenty of opportunities to grab a bargain.

Food and Drink: There are plenty of food units around the site during the event, catering for as many needs as possible. There is a licensed bar onsite, located within the main marquee.

Hospitality:  Why not treat yourself, friends or clients, and enjoy the event in style.  By purchasing the daily hospitality you will receive a 3 course meal, forward parking and be able to enjoy the event from the warm and comfort of the Hospitality Marquee.

Shopping:  With plenty of shopping, there’s ample of opportunities to grab a bargain.

Burnham Market is 20 miles north east of King’s Lynn and 10 miles north west of Fakenham. Sussex Farm is 1 and 3/4 miles west of Burnham Market. Horseboxes must not approach through Burnham Market. There will be AA signs from Fakenham and Kings Lynn. All traffic must approach the event via Docking. Please do not put the postcode in your sat nav as it will take you the wrong way, you must follow the AA signs.
